Gregory Kush is passionate about real estate.
It is his goal to use his extensive experience and knowledge of the Ponte Vedra Beach area real estate market to help clients find the right property, in the the right community, at the right price.
He takes the time to monitor all the new luxury and golf community properties for sale on a daily basis, with an attention to detail that no other agency in the area duplicates. He knows where the best properties are, and can match them to every family he serves.
The Kush Group doesn’t just rely on MLS listings, however. Gregory wants to ensure his clients always get the best homes in the best areas, so he tracks a wide range of analytics on a daily basis. Every morning, Gregory goes through every new property introduced to the market. He makes note of things such as price adjustments, properties that have been put under contract, sales that were reported as closed and homes taken off the market. Then on a quarterly basis, he takes those numbers, along with information such as appreciation rates, overall inventory levels and sale prices, and creates a detailed, current look at the state of the overall Northeast Florida real estate market. He uses this information to help guide and counsel his clients on the best opportunities — whether they are looking for a family home within a great community, or an investment property on one of the premiere golf courses in the world.
