Pablo Creek Reserve

Pablo Creek Reserve was designed to be a sanctuary away from busy and stressful lives. This new community was created to be a calming, serene oasis for the entire family.

The luxury homes in Pablo Creek Reserve fit into six classical architecture styles:

  • European Old World — Mediterranean
  • European Old World — French
  • Georgian/Federal
  • Farm Home
  • Craftsman
  • Coastal Colonial

This master-planned community is still being built up, so there are already-built options for families looking to move in immediately, as well as the option to design and build a dream home to exact specifications. No matter which option a new resident chooses, the builders pride themselves on unmatched beauty and elegance both inside and out.

Luxury and Privacy

Pablo Creek Reserve is a gated community, with active security on duty 24/7, both at the gates themselves and patrolling the area in the evenings. Families can relax knowing it doesn’t matter if they are in their own home, or out enjoying one of the amenities the community has to offer.

One of the star attractions of this community is the 4.5-acre Central Park. The community designers took Frederick Law Olmsted’s philosophy that landscape should be lived in and enjoyed, and not just viewed from afar, and put it into practice. The grounds include a pavilion and picnic area, as well as a large children’s playground with a splash fountain. Central Park, along with the entire community property, also has a wide range of hiking trails residents can use to further enjoy the beauty of their home.

Central Location

A beautiful luxury home in a serene community also needs to be in the right location. Pablo Creek Reserve is across the street from the famed Mayo Clinic, and is just minutes from all of the attractions Ponte Vedra Beach has to offer:

  • The Intracoastal Waterway
  • Downtown Jacksonville
  • J. Turner Blvd., one of the main access roadways
  • A wide range of schools, shopping and dining options

The community encompasses 400 acres, and once it is completely built-out, it will feature a total of 270 home sites, in one of two categories: Estate or Cottage.

Each Estate lot averages three-quarters of an acre, with some lots as large as 3 acres; in some cases, lots can be combined to create a single, larger home as well. All homes in this category are more than 4,000 square feet in size. For Cottage lots, the average size is one-third of an acre, with homes ranging in size from 3,000 – 5,000 square feet. All new construction is approved by the Pablo Creek Architectural Review Board before construction begins to ensure it meets the aesthetic qualities that embody the community as a whole.
